I’m Dr. Nikhat Shaikh, and I’m all about helping people feel their best through healthy eating. With 10 years of experience as a dietitian, I’ve learned a lot about how food can affect our bodies, and I’m here to share that knowledge with you.

I specialise in all kinds of diets, like ones for losing weight, gaining weight, managing diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid issues, and more. Basically, if you’ve got a nutrition question or goal, I’m your go-to person!

My journey into nutrition started with a curiosity about how food impacts our health and now I use that knowledge to help people like you make better food choices.

When it comes to creating a plan for you, I like to keep things simple and practical. I know changing your diet can be tough, so I’ll work with you to make changes that fit your lifestyle and tastes. Whether it’s coming up with meal ideas or giving you tips for grocery shopping, I’ve got your back every step of the way.

Outside of my one-on-one work with clients, I also love teaching others about nutrition. I do workshops and talks to spread the word about eating healthy and feeling good.
